How do you really improve customer service in just 100 days? Wanna Bet activated the entire organization. CIO Ruben Uppelschoten himself set a good example: Wanna Bet that we will have more happy customers in 100 days? TV host Frank Evenblij traveled all over the country to create content about Wanna Bet. Roving Reporters visited the remotest corners of the company to record the progress. 
More than 200 bets were placed in a short period of time and customers started to notice the difference almost immediately. Three months later, the service NPS score had increased by a whopping 10 points! Bet won, right? Of course, everyone wanted to see the return of the management. And that happened. Ruben got behind the reception desk for a day in a skirt, other managers became toilet ladies or window cleaners. Wanna Bet was the talk of the town throughout the organization for a long time.
