How do you turnaround the customer service in just 100 days? Wanna Bet engaged the entire organisation. CIO Ruben Uppelschoten led by example: I bet that we'll have more satisfied customers within 100 days! TV personality Frank Evenblij hosted Wanna Bet sessions across the country. Roving Reporters visited even the remotest corners of the company to check up on the progress.

In no time over 200 bets were made and Ziggo's service levels started to climb almost immediately. After three months the service NPS score was up a whopping 10 points! Mission accomplished. But of course everybody wanted to see the penalties by the management. And they did. Ruben manned the front desk in a dress, others cleaned restrooms and cars. Wanna Bet really became the talk of the company for a long time.
